A random quote that I've just fallen in love with from CS Lewis

Found this by going over to the Holly and the Ivy and then Miss Erin...

"We are always falling in love, or quarreling, looking for jobs or fearing to lose them, getting ill and recovering, following public affairs. If we let ourselves, we shall always be waiting for some distraction or other to end before we can really get down to our work. The only people who achieve knowledge are those who seek it while the conditions are still unfavorable. Favorable conditions never come."

~C.S. Lewis

So, while the conditions are still unfavorable (read: dishes galore, bills to pay, stuff to do) I'm going to unpack that suitcase!

Wow, I been linked! Ish. Hehe. (Are we bloggers all attention-desperate at heart?) This suitcase sounds intriguing.

Good quote! I guess that's a nice way of saying we should get up off our butts.

attention-desperate? Yup! I read somewhere that bloggers tend to be folks that feel they don't have a voice elsewhere.

The suitcase, I fear, is not very intriguing. But it is emptied now, of the stuff from the conference and now full again, with dirty laundry and so sitting in front of the washer waiting for me to attend to it...tomorrow.
