A new year's resolution? Walk more, write more.

Yes, I see how you might think that those are two separate resolutions but they are not. They are my morning ritual, and I miss them dearly.

Via twitter today, found this post about journaling, which breaks the process into levels, such that if you are timid, you can start with Level 1 first and then expand.

Very good article! I never thought of list making as journaling, but I do see that it could be. I use a daily planner and it is terrific. ( So does that mean I am journaling? WOW! Actually, I just get lots of satisfaction in crossing things off my lists. It is a bit like a paper trail of the minutia of life... I think you are way beyond stage one!
